Justin Irwin

Cheat", "My Regards to Mae" and "Lunch on Lennox Street" are three full length fictional plays I've written. They are stand alone pieces that make up "The Tuesday Club" Trilogy.

The plays are based in Ireland and commence from the mid 2000's. Over the three plays, we go from an urban thriller set in Dublin around events affecting 5 old school pals, to a rural tragedy and back to Dublin years later, when all the answers emerge.

I am an amateur actor that wanted to write a play and enjoyed it so much, I decided to make it into a trilogy. It took 16 years to complete! I've also directed plays and in recent years I did a screenplay writing course called Writers Factory with Film in Limerick. I have since written some short screenplays.
