Sharon Boyd is MD for MKL CX and Chief Customer Officer (CXO) at MKL Innovation.
Sharon was voted inside the top 25 UK top CX Influencers (CXM magazine) in 2021. She has been a captain of the CX World Games (returning again this year... CX Innovators to win!), a finalist at Customer Centricity World Series 2021, a CX judge at the UK CX Awards 2020 and the UK Business Awards 2021, and is a Director at the Customer Institute. She has penned two chapters and had them published in 2020 and 2021 in the best-selling, global Customer Experience book series.
She has recently completed her MBA (Masters) at Cranfield University, and is a fully qualified Programme Manager, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Patient Experience Practitioner and a Certified Customer Experience Professional.
Sharon has over twenty years of experience in customer facing operations with technical knowledge, proven delivery and a strong customer focus. Having delivered multi-million-pound programmes for several blue-chip companies across retail, hospitality, IT, telecoms and aviation, she brings a well-rounded and strategic approach.
Sharon is a marathon runner and also training to be a pilot. She loves target shooting, mountain climbing, muscle/high performance cars and track days. She lives in Milton Keynes with her two boys, two tortoises and little cockerpoo - Millie.
