Mike Maloney

Mike Maloney grew up in Columbus, Ohio. After graduating from SMU in Dallas, Texas, he was commissioned a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he served as a T-37 Instructor Pilot and English Instructor at the United States Air Force Academy. Following seven years in the Air Force, Mike joined companies like Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and PepsiCo and spent 40 years with a career in marketing. He has traveled and worked all over the world and, for the past fifteen years, has lived both in Austin, Texas and Bangkok, Thailand. He has two grown sons and three grandchildren living in Austin...and a partner living in Bangkok. When frequently asked "why Thailand?" Mike always answers "Friendliest people, wonderful food, but mostly, an 'Amazing Thailand' partner."
