J.A. MENDEZ

J.A. Méndez, born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is an author and electrical engineer. This is his fourth book and his second foray into the world of literary fiction. His passion for reading, writing, energy efficiency and economics have been a fundamental pillar in his life. Throughout his career, he has conducted extensive research into the causes behind the 2008 economic crisis and how it affected the personal lives of millions of individuals around the world. Moved by the events triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to capture his reflections in a new novel, proposing solutions that could be implemented in the midst of a crisis to better prepare society and improve the quality of life of citizens in general. J.A. Méndez has an Executive MBA and currently resides and works in his own business, where he is dedicated to assisting companies to stop incurring losses related to energy issues.
