Tom Parker

Tom Parker is a scientific author and illustrator from Geelong, Australia. He studied Zoology and Animal Science at Deakin University, and graduated with Distinction in 2017. During this time, Tom was involved in several studies on the bird behaviour, but his key interest has always been in fossil dinosaurs and the evolution of birds.

Tom is the primary researcher and a key designer for the scientific simulation game Saurian. He wrote A Field Guide to Hell Creek as a companion guide to this game, combining the research gathered during the development of Saurian.

Tom has plans to continue writing illustrated books on ancient life.
