Pilot, F-105 and F-111 aircraft. Day fighter pilot, and night, low level terrain following ground attack pilot. Tours at Takhli RTAFB in both F-105 and F-111. Nuclear alert pilot, Kadena AB, Okinawa in the F-105. Functional check pilot, F-111, extensive supersonic test time.

Sept 1975 - Oct 1978:

RAF 79 Squadron, 12B Squadron

Represented the USAF as exchange officer to the RAF, UK. Pilot, Hawker Hunter and Hawker Siddley Buccaneer with 12 Squadron, Honington Air Base. Maritime deep water ship attack role, with multi-service, multi-national operations throughout Europe, Norway to Gibralter.

Oct 1978 - Feb 1987:

358th TFS, 4485th Test Squadron

Instructor pilot, A-10, 358th Tactical Fighter Squadron. Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering in residence, University of Arizona. Flight test in the A-10 aircraft, Eglin AFB,performing flight test of a variety of weapons, tactics, and electronic warfare equipment. USAF Major, Retired.

Feb 1987 - Apr 2003:

Operations and Human Factors analyst for the Boeing Company.

Apr 2003: Withdrawn from service.
