Steven Marshall

Steven Marshall is a frequent speaker on M&A, capital markets and investment banking, providing unique and timely insight on sector trends, valuation and outlook. Steven consults on corporate governance and has served on numerous corporate boards, of both private and public companies. He is also a real estate investor with more than twelve years of experience. He obtained his MBA in financial planning from the University of California in 1997 and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation in 1999. He is also a sought after speaker and is happy to share his knowledge with groups ranging from corporate boards to investing societies and civic leaders.

Marshall enjoys teaching, writing, reading, running, and spending time with his wife and two sons, especially at the mountains.
