Elena Milton

Elena Milton is a passionate cook who loves simple flavours and easy to prepare meals. She lives in Tennessee and studied Nutrition and Dietetics at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City. She loves the outdoors and thanks to the Italian origins of her family she has learned the art of typical Mediterranean cuisine.

She loves to cook and prepare both traditional Italian recipes and the recipes of great chefs. She is also very busy preparing Christmas cakes for her extended family and friends. Sometimes she is busy cooking for the Christmas holidays already in October. Her recipes are very much appreciated by all those who have tasted her food and Christmas sweets.
