Y. J. Liu

Y. J. Liu received his Electrical Engineering B.S. from the National Taiwan University, his M.S. from the University of Rochester and his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University. Throughout his career, he has been working in the industry in the area of signal processing and communications. He worked at ITT Exelis for almost 28 years and was involved in numerous projects related to ad-hoc networking, modem and low-rate speech coding. He has also had many papers published and patents awarded.
