Sofie is married and has two children. She lives with her family in Europe. In recent years, she has become increasingly interested in de-stressing her life and improving her quality of life. In doing so, she came across some Nordic-European lifestyles, which she studied in depth. Her studies also led her to the topic of longevity. She enjoys her family, nature, cooking and painting.
