He is also a licensed insurance professional with extensive experience as a public adjuster, independent adjuster, appraiser, and umpire on complex property claims. Known for navigating high-stakes disputes, Joshua has built a reputation for bringing resolution where conflict exists.

Outside of his professional work, Joshua has competed at an elite level in strongman, earning a place in the Official Strongman Games World Finals in 2025. He is a man of faith, driven by discipline, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of growth in mind, body, and spirit.
