Samuel Miles McGee is a crime/mystery writer and author of the Lorcan Drake novels, of which The Blue Death is the first.

Born in Sandwell in the United Kingdom and raised between the Devon Coast, the Kent Countryside, and the West Midlands – with a smattering of raising in Florida – McGee now lives in New Jersey in the United States of America with his beloved little dachshund; his boyfriend, and his cat.
