Pierre Massard

Pierre Massard is a man of exceptional achievement, guided by discipline, resilience, and self-surpassment.

A high-level athlete from a young age, he joined the Swiss National Judo Team in the 1970s (Judo Kwai Lausanne), earning 16 national medals, including 8 gold titles. Building on this athletic rigor, he simultaneously led a successful career as an entrepreneur for nearly thirty years, managing a company with over 50 employees while remaining actively involved in Swiss local politics as a Municipal Official and President of the Communal Council in Veytaux.

Following a major life-altering accident, Pierre faced immense physical and personal challenges. True to his competitive spirit, he refused to give in to immobility and transformed this ordeal into an inspiring human journey. He reclaimed his independence through sport, becoming a top-tier Para Golfer—representing both the Swiss and French Para Golf Teams—and founding the Lève-toi & Swingue Association to uplift and support people of all ages.

Today, as an author and key-note speaker specializing in "Overcoming Adversity & Self-Surpassment," Pierre Massard regularly addresses corporate audiences, institutions (such as SUVA and the Just for Smile foundation), and the general public. His books and speaking engagements serve as a beacon of hope and a valuable guide for anyone seeking to turn life's obstacles into opportunities for personal growth.
