David R Crook

David R. Crook began writing creatively in 1996. He was inspired by a writing assignment in Steven King’s On Writing. The short story “See Dick, See Jane, Run Dick, Run” was born. The more stories he created, the more story ideas would be generated. Writing was not only enjoyable but cathartic. After writing more stories for about a year, he decided to write a novel. “Dead Run” then came to fruition.
