Justin Walker

Improving the lives of others is at the heart of what I have been doing around the world for people in the military, government agencies, and corporations for more than a decade.

I transitioned from the U.S. Navy after 12 years as a SWCC operator (Special Operations insertion & Extraction) to launch a boutique consulting firm. At this point, I have trained more than 10,000 people throughout the U.S., Europe, & India to be more mentally, physically, and emotionally prepared for stress and hardship. Teaching others to build and leverage a strong ecosystem of support based on strategic and reliable relationships is something we know to be invaluable in the military. Sharing the keys to developing that skillset is my passion.

To advance my own knowledge and create more value for others, I attended Northwestern University where I received my B.S. in Organization Behavior and a certificate in Business Leadership. I chose to continue that growth and maintain a learning mindset as a student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with plans to graduate with my MBA in 2022. I intend to continue my global exploration of more complex leadership and development principles with some of the world’s top organizations and leaders.
