Cheryl Stegman

Cheryl has always been passionate about learning and teaching. From early on Cheryl has been a seeker of truth, with the prime imperative being freedom. Cheryl has attended many conferences on various transformative consciousness-raising topics. She has integrated this knowledge deeply into her work.

It has been said Cheryl is a cutting-edge teacher and facilitator. She is gifted in deep listening, assisting in seeking options in present life choice points. Whether it is through offering Johrei or working with Light Codes, she actively supports people in their journeys of self-discovery.

Cheryl’s formal education includes a B.S. degree in Social Science Education at North Dakota State University, and a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice at the Moorhead State University of Minnesota. Continuing education was done at Whitsun Institute in Minneapolis, MN, Waldorf Teacher Training at Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, CA., and Lifeways training in WI.

She owned and operated White Rose Preschool, a Waldorf-inspired program for 20 years. With the experiences she developed, she taught seminars called Parenting as a Path of Spiritual Development and has spoken internationally.

Cheryl has a certificate in Supervised Visitation Training and was a court-ordered parenting supervisor in Boulder, CO. Her interest in healing prompted her to become a program manager for a Bio-Feedback game in Fairplay, CO; a Level 4 Rossiter Practitioner; and a wellness coach at Coherent Health and Wellness in Longmont, CO.

Since 1992, Cheryl has been a Johrei Practitioner. Cheryl aligns with Johrei’s universal mission to alleviate the suffering of humanity by the transmission of light.

Currently, Cheryl owns and operates SunRose Ascension Technologies, an umbrella organization for her many healing modalities. Cheryl’s main goal in life is to assist in humanity’s evolution.
