Adam Lawrence (Germany, born UK 1968) is fascinated by the practical craft of creating emotion. A facilitation and design implementation specialist, he supports companies worldwide in delivering value better. Adam is a Core77 Design Award winner, teaches at the IE Business School Madrid, and co-initiated the Global Service Jam.
