Jack Spencer

Hello fellow authors and readers. My name is Jack Spencer from Peekskill, NY. My wife Kathleen and I have lived in the same house since 1992. Peekskill is a small city in the Hudson Valley section of New York state. I retired from Metro North Railroad after thirty-two years, where I worked as a bartender. Since retiring I started my own painting company. So then I started writing my story of being as bartender in Grand Central Terminal. Until I had a dream of writing a children's book, about how i used to teach my daughters, Michaela and Meagan, the basic information they needed to know in case they ever got lost. I would use a elephant to do the talking , in my best Eddie the Elephant voice. But let me tell you , it worked, they knew all the right information to get themselves home safe. Hence, why I wrote Eddie the Elephant and ME. So you can teach your children the same basic information that they will remember for a life time. Eddie's adventures will continue to teach the children of the world all sorts of information. The fill in the blank style book also helps your children with handwriting.
