Why am I focused on resilience?

Having survived losing two jobs, setting up a business and initially losing all my clients, and juggled physical health issues with maintaining a successful career in the midst of lockdown and the global financial crisis, I've learnt to build my own resilience at work.

As an executive coach and facilitator, I've blended my career with over twenty years of researching and practising resilience-building in some of the world’s leading charities, universities and innovative start-ups.

I love real life techniques that work, so with all this experience and dozens of tools that work, I'm perfectly placed to guide you on your path to achieving resilience in the workplace.
