Erik Martinez has been writing since he was smart enough to misspell. He lives in Oklahoma with his dog and piles of notebooks.

His debut novel, Magic Lantern, was published on August 8th, 2020. It's a semi-autobiographical coming of age story that's comparable to Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower or Sherman Alexie's The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian.

He enjoys reading and writing stories of many genres. Except for horror. That's too spooky.
