Juliette Ttofa

Juliette is a transpersonal psychologist, writer, poet and nature lover. She is the author of several published books about social-emotional wellbeing, resilience and mental health, including the guidebook for schools ‘Nurturing Emotional Resilience in Vulnerable Children and Young People‘, and accompanying resources including, ‘How Monsters Wish to Feel’ and a ‘Nurturing Resilience Card Deck‘. In addition, Juliette has published a therapeutic storybook about trauma, ‘The Silent Selkie’, and accompanying guide to using the expressive arts therapeutically with children who have experienced trauma. She is also the author of a therapeutic storybook about loss called ‘The Girl Who Lost the Light in Her Eyes’.

Juliette's background is in child psychology and she now works as a Jungian Sandplay Therapist with vulnerable children who have experienced adversity or trauma. She is interested in eco-spiritual writing and is currently undertaking a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology, exploring the concept of a ‘space for the sacred’, using myth, storytelling and symbolism.
