Project Mission: Diabetes prevention.

Daniel Gallardo is an avid researcher of health and wellness. His childhood interest in biochemistry long preceded a type 2 diabetes diagnosis at age 29. He improved his well-being through educating himself in the fields of diet, nutrition and exercise. Impressively he reversed his elevated blood sugar, hypertension and obesity. It’s these lifestyle changes Daniel believes strengthened his insulin and ultimately removed him from all prescriptions.

In 2017, Daniel co-founded Healthy Strong and Smart, a San Diego, California online business featuring his children’s picture books and original music.

Daniel endeavors to convey essential biological concepts in a way that is both entertaining and engaging, so children may have an educational advantage from an early age.

Early education is prevention.
