L E Bounds grew up listening to the many stories her family told. The author now lives a simple life in Southeastern Missouri with her husband, Mark. She is a school librarian for a small rural district in Carter County. When she is not writing, she is the sponsor for an after-school coding club and chairs the school district's alumni association. She also likes to clog.
