Writer, Author. I started writing and self-publishing 20 years ago with some short stories for children. My head is always buzzing with ideas for books but my number 1 reason for learning how to write and self-publish was to create the legacy book - a book that will help you to write your Life Story. And it's done. 'In My Own Words - the easy way to write your Life Story is a book of which I'm very proud. I'm proud of all of my books, but that book, more than any other is my legacy.

I wanted to create a book that would help you to write your Life Story in an easy and affordable way. Having no knowledge of my grandparents I realised that leaving memories for future generations is so very important. Having lost friends and loved ones since then, sometimes very quickly, all that's left are the memories we hold and a few words said at their funerals. Creating a Life Story book is your legacy to your loved ones and can help your descendants learn more about you and your family tree.

Now that 'In My Own Words' is published, I'm busy writing more stories. One is inspired by a famous bank robbery and another, a set of 12 short stories that can be read separately but will also join together to make a book about a female demon I've called a 'She-Mon' - a woman whose endless patience has finally run out.

Passionate about animals and giving them a voice, another book is a tribute to a wonderful dog we rescued - Oliver the Orphan Dog. Olly came to us from a snowy covered mountain in Europe and he was in a sad, sorry state when he was found. He was lucky to be saved and so were we when we got to bring him home. We rescue them but really they rescue us. One of the short stories for the 'She-Mon' book was about a dog. I decided there and then that the character of the dog would be Olly. It's my way of keeping his spirit alive.

‘The Old Dog and the Howl of the Eternal King’ is a story that gives dogs a voice and in which they get revenge on those who think it's ok to be cruel to dogs. Olly gets to help other dogs cross over the Rainbow Bridge in the story and he crossed the bridge just before the book was published. The book was written to keep Olly with me and help the wonderful people who work tirelessly to help save other dogs.

'The Cuddle Monster'® (I own the UK Trademark), will be published soon. Feedback from readers so far has been very positive from parents and children alike, with the wonderful attribute of helping a little boy sleep through the night. This book is aimed at helping children who are anxious and afraid of the dark. The Cuddle Monster is there to munch up all your bad thoughts whilst you sleep.
