Amina Phelps

Amina has always had a passion for reading which inspired her to earn a Bachelors of Fine Arts in English/journalism from the City University of New York. After a 14-year career as an HR Professional/Business Consultant for start-ups and non-profits, she became inspired to start writing books when she saw a need to provide children's books that promote empowering and inspirational stories about Black historical figures. Best Selling Author of the IAM Royalty Children's book series Amina has written 9 children's books and sold over 80,000 copies worldwide.
