Sofia Bothwell

Sofia Bothwell was born and raised in Ireland. As a young woman became an avid reader of New Age healing literature and was able to heal her own eating disorder of five years. She left for London at the age of twenty and lived there for twelve years further researching eating disorder recovery, then running her own self-help support groups, as well as one to one sessions for compulsive eating women. She also trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork Coach in London and Italy, adding that to her healing practice.

She currently resides in Swansea Wales and offers Skype, Zoom or Facebook Video Call One to One Consultations and Group Workshops on natural permanent weight loss and Rebirthing Breathwork.
