Kenneth Mburu

My professional life revolves around coaching soccer mostly to kids 4-12 years old and coaching God's children of all ages in the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. I've been coaching soccer since 2003. I founded Coach Ken Soccer in 2009, and it has grown into easily the largest recreational soccer program in Silicon Valley. As one parent told me, "You coached my son in soccer and now you coach me in spiritual matters." These two kinds of coaching overlap and complement each other quite well and I often feel it is like how Paul made physical tents for a living while making spiritual tents that are churches for eternal living:)

Soccer and writing have always been my main passions. Admitted for Physics and Maths, I ended up graduating from Egerton University with a BA in Linguistics in English and Literature. I attended the MFA Creative Writing graduate program at San Jose State University in the early 2000's. I had a thriving writing career in the late 1990's in Kenya where I published mostly poetry and critical essays before the LORD halted that to prepare me for these writings. Humble Pie Book 1 is only the first book. It's part of a 240,000 word COVID-19 prophecy written from March-July 2020. Books 2 and 3 should be out within September, followed by USA Prophecy, and then by Humble Pie Book 4. Other books that will be coming soon are my hilarious autobiography, My Life, A Parable, and On Spiritual Discernment.
