I am a physical therapist and started what was originally a memes page for other PTs on Instagram (@physio_memes) in 2016.

I was looking for a place that was consistently posting memes for Physios and couldn’t find one, so I created one. My brain just thinks in memes so I created my own and share others that I find/get sent to me.

My goal is to be able to help people grow their brands in a positive manner, which in turn helps each of us impact the lives of our family, friends, and community.

Over the years, I have helped Pre-PTs, SPTs, PTs, and business owners on growing their brand, social media reach, and influence in their community.

This book is has been a fun project I have been thinking about doing over the last few years that has finally become a reality.
