I'm a retired academic pedestrian of no great importance and live in St. Louis, Missouri. My current interests include theoretical physics; literature; neuroscience; orchestral composition; religious and psychological studies; Japanese literary and emotional aesthetics; infinite complexity and approximation; and, most especially, watching my grandflower grow up in California. Oh, I also enjoy writing hard science fiction! My works are romances about ideas. I hope you find the stories and their ideas rich and engaging. (My most recent work is hard science non-fiction.)
