I am Co-founder and CEO of Transformation Journeys Worldwide, an inclusion training and consulting firm with a transgender focus. I help cutting-edge organizations position themselves to attract and retain the best talent, foster collaborative working environments, and drive innovation by creating fully trans-inclusive cultures. In 2010 I came out as a transgender woman. This set me on a course of finding "what is mine to do" vocationally, spiritually and relationally. Over the course of the last 10 years, I've served on the Executive Board of Atlanta Pride, and currently serve as Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee on the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce’s TGNC Task Force, as Co-Chair of the Trans Affairs Committee on the City of Atlanta’s LGBTQ Mayoral Advisory Council, as Inclusion Chair and Secretary on the Board of the Out Georgia Business Alliance and as Advisory Board Member of Out Front Theater Group.

In 2020, I published my memoir meets self-help book Embrace Your Truth: A Journey of Authenticity. The impetus behind this work was not only to educate our culture on the transgender experience, but also share the lessons that I learned along the journey of embracing my truth of being a transgender woman and inviting EVERYONE to consider what embracing their own truth might look like for them.

In 2019, the Atlanta business Chronicle acknowledged me as their Diversity & Inclusion “Outstanding Voice” Award recipient and I delivered a TEDx talk for Centennial Park Women TEDx, Building Your Courage Muscles, http://bit.ly/38hMf76GabrielleTEDx

In 2018, I received the Georgia Small Business Administration’s LGBT Small Business Champion Award in recognition of my efforts in advancing LGBT business ownership.

I hold a BA in Mathematics from Emory University and pursued a Civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech.
