Jay Bushman writes for many kinds of media. For over a decade, Jay has worked at the intersection of traditional and emerging formats, reinterpreting and reimagining classic stories in new ways. He won an Emmy for his work as a writer and transmedia producer on the groundbreaking series ‘The Lizzie Bennet Diaries,” an interactive adaptation of “Pride and Prejudice.” He wrote one of the first Twitter novels, “The Good Captain,” an adaptation of Herman Melville’s “Benito Cereno,” for which one publication dubbed him “The Epic Poet of Twitter.” One of these days he’s really going to get that printed up on business cards. Jay lives and works in Los Angeles.
