Millie Kerr

Millie Kerr is a lawyer-turned-multimedia storyteller focused on wildlife conservation. She is the author of "Wilder: How Rewilding is Transforming Conservation and Changing the World" (Bloomsbury, 2022) and "The Adventures of Ellie & Boo," which Book Guild published in 2020. In her capacity as a journalist, Millie has written dozens of creative essays and reported articles for a wide range of American and British publications, among them The Atlantic, BBC Wildlife, The Economist, National Geographic Traveler, The New York Times, Popular Science, Scientific American, Town & Country, Travel + Leisure, and The Wall Street Journal. She is also a "conservation storytelling" expert and avid wildlife photographer.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Millie lives in England.

She holds a B.A. in history from Wake Forest University; a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law; and an MPhil in conservation leadership from the University of Cambridge.
