Federico Prandi

Originally from Valtellina (Northern Italy), born in 1995, in 2010 he founded nuotounostiledivita, today one of the main online reference points for swimmers and swimming enthusiasts across Italy.

He holds a degree in Theoretical Philosophy from the University of Pavia and combines philosophical thinking with a keen interest in technology and the digital world. He currently works as a Product Owner in Bergamo, focusing on technological innovation projects applied to urban spaces.

Author of the podcast "Nuoto dunque sono", in 2020 and 2024 he contributed to the writing and publication of the collections "50 racconti sul nuoto: Tra storia, leggende e curiosità" and "50 racconti sul nuoto: Olympic edition", published by nuotounostiledivita.

"Il valore della sconfitta, in una società dominata dal successo" (2025) is his first solo work as an author.
