Chamroeun Pen

Chamroeun Pen left Cambodia to study in America in 2008. He is a college graduate of the University of Washington, and the author of Fulfilling A Promise: Life After The Khmer Rouge. His journey is dedicated to providing the poor children of Cambodia the opportunity to pursue education. He will return home to his family in Cambodia.
