Brittany Arnason

Brittany grew up in a beautiful mountain town of Canmore Alberta, always taking

advantage of the outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding. After high school

she spent a few years backpacking solo around the world, her passion for being a

nomad and not wanting to be tied down propelled her into real estate as she was not

interested in the 9-5 lifestyle. She bought her first house at 18 years old and jumped

into real estate investing full time at 24. Her focus is long term buy and hold rental

properties, and her portfolio so far consists of single families, duplexes, and

apartments. Her true passion for real estate shines through in her creativity designing

and doing the renovation work on her properties, she is not afraid to tackle any project

from demo to finishing stage. Sharing this process online she helps inspire others to

find what they love and do the same. By putting herself out there it has given her a

platform to speak on stages across North America, TV Shows, Magazines, podcasts

and youtube videos. Real Estate investing has given her freedom, flexibility and she is

so grateful to be on this path she loves.
