Marco A. Robledo

Dr Marco Antonio Robledo is a professor of Management and the director of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Balearic Islands.

He defines himself as a change agent that helps organizations and individuals in their integral development and transformation towards higher levels of consciousness.

An important part of his research is focused on New Organizational Paradigms and how to build organizations that are more conscious, humane, and socially responsible.

As a result of that, he is the creator of a pioneer integral theory of management called 3D Management and the founder and leader of the 3D Management Club of Conscious Organizations.

He is a prolific author, speaker, and consultant that integrates into his work many of today’s most innovative tools for transformation, including Integral Theory and AQAL, developmental models, Immunity to Change, Sociocracy 3.0, Holacracy, Non-Violent Communication, and Evolutionary Coaching.
