Steven Bragg

I am a practicing witch of over 25 years, a 3rd degree High Priest of several traditions of British Traditional Witchcraft, have undergone some initiations in African Diasporic Religions, and have been a devotee of La Santisima Muerte for the last ten years. Right now I am focusing only on my Witchcraft and Santa Muerte.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with an emphasis in World Religious Studies from Mississippi State University (2000.)

I was the founder of The New Orleans Chapel of the Santisima Muerte, which I led from 2012 until I handed it over to friends just before moving to Chicago, IL. It is now housed within Botanica Macumba on St. Claude Ave.

I have published articles in the following works: The Witches' Almanac, Issue 37; Morbid Magic by Tomas Prower (2019); and Isis-Seshat, Issue 43, Vol 14, No 1.
