Anna Balbusso

Anna Balbusso with her twin sister Elena Balbusso are award-winning Italian artists team. As co-authors they are known as Anna and Elena Balbusso Twins. Their work has been published by major international publishers and companies through out the world. Together they have illustrated over 40 books. Their work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and galleries around the world. The Norman Rockwell Museum has included Balbusso Twins among the illustrators of The Decade 2010-present on illustrationhistory.org. They received more than 80 international awards, including three Gold medals, a Silver medal and the Stevan Dohanos Award of the New York Society of Illustrators (SI), two Joseph Morgan Henninger Awards and a Silver of the SILA Los Angeles; the Victoria and Albert Museum Illustration Awards Best Book UK; Their work has been recognized also by Communication Arts, American Illustration, 3x3 Magazine, the WIA AOI, UCDA Association, The Council for Advancement and Support of Education, Spectrum fantastic art, Creative Quarterly, Applied Arts magazine and more. They have been members of the Society of Illustrators of New York since 2009 and of the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles since 2015. They are represented by Shannon Associates New York, US.
