Cindy Chambers Johnson

Cindy Johnson is a chronic daydreamer, habitual escapist and word enthusiast. She thrives on silliness and adores a good pun. Through her writing, she hopes to share a sense of joy, wonder, and love. Her debut picture book, RUSSELL WRESTLES THE RELATIVES (Aladdin, 2018) was selected as a 2019-2020 Texas “Two by Two” – recommended reading for children age two to grade two. Cindy lives in Des Moines, Iowa where she reads, daydreams, and writes.
