Casey Breton taught elementary school for several years before she took a leap of faith to pursue her dream of writing books for young readers. Casey is a recipient of the PJ Our Way Author Incentive Award, and the 2020 Storyteller-in-Residence for Gloucester’s Fish Tales, a series of live storytelling events for grown-ups. Casey lives on Cape Ann, Massachusetts with her husband, three sons, one hamster, and five chickens. As research for her current works-in-progress, Casey traipses through the woods in search of turtle nests and surfs as much as possible, all for the love of writing.
