Diederick Janse

Diederick Janse (1981) is a certified Holacracy master coach and co-founding partner at Energized.org, which helps organizations make the leap to radical self-management. As co-founder of the Waking Up the Workplace interview series, he developed an online training course about the future of work, which featured David Allen, author of Getting Things Done (GTD), among others.

Diederick earned a degree in International Business in 2006 and has worked with IBM, Springest, Shell, Voys, Rockstart, Greenpeace, and the worldwide Impact Hub network. He is a veteran GTD practitioner and has worked together with Holacracy pioneer Brian Robertson for over 15 years. Diederick lives in Utrecht, The Netherlands with his wife and two daughters.
