Author Peter Blackman spent his childhood on the Kent coast, and would often be found exploring the old wartime relics and tunnels around the famous 'White Cliffs'.
A former research Scientist and business Director, he has travelled the world, trekked in the Andes, crossed the Syrian dessert in a snow storm, snorkelled with sharks off the Galapagos and survived a twenty thousand foot nose dive in a Russian passenger jet over southern Siberia. His love of nature and his thirst for mystery and adventure exude from the pages of his books, where he transports his readers to places where heroes are never perfect, nature is raw and untamed and mystery is alive and well.
Peter and his wife share their home in rural Berkshire with two amazing girls, a crazy working Cocker, a South American Hedgehog, a shoal of African Cichlid fish... not to mention the ever growing number of writing projects.
