Recently named "Best Negotiation Trainer in U..S. for 2026", Derrick Chevalier is an internationally recognized author, negotiation consultant, trainer, certified mediation expert, and the creator of the CNSUF™ negotiation framework, with more than 25 years combined experience in sales, management consulting, business and interpersonal negotiations, mediation and real estate. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Derrick holds two bachelor degrees, a master's degree, a real estate broker license from the California Department of Real Estate, mediator certification from Harvard University Law, as well as certification as a civil/commercial mediator.
