Caroline Doidge

Caroline Doidge is an artist and has exhibitions at HOME, Governor Galley in Manchester and in various publications. She has a diploma in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She also took part in a late night science session with MOSI associated with Mental Health and Art and is active in the Manchester art scene.

She has been heavily involved in charity work, facilitating an Anxiety and Depression group and running self-esteem and Cognitive Behaviour Theory (CBT) courses with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Diploma. Her work has come from lived experience of anxiety and depression.

As an artist, Caroline is passionate about exploration of emotions and ideas that are not necessarily easy to put into words. Her belief is that art can be used as a complementary intervention for people with a range of low level mental illnesses.
