Jane Stoudt

Jane Hanna Stoudt is an author, artist, biblical counselor, and women’s recovery advocate whose work is rooted in faith, beauty, healing, and restoration.

For more than twenty-five years, Jane has served women through ministry, discipleship, biblical counseling, teaching, writing, and leadership. Her work is shaped by a deep belief that Scripture is trustworthy, Christ is near to the wounded, and no woman’s story is beyond the restoring grace of God.

Jane is the founder of The Well Read Bible Project, a Bible reading and discipleship initiative created to help women read, understand, and apply Scripture with greater confidence. Through seasonal reading plans, Bible teaching, reflection resources, and practical encouragement, she helps women slow down, recognize God’s character, and allow His Word to shape their lives over time.

As a women’s recovery advocate and recovery coach, Jane walks alongside women rebuilding after addiction, trauma, grief, shame, incarceration, emotional overwhelm, and survival seasons. Her approach is Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and practical, bringing together biblical truth, nervous system awareness, emotional resilience, accountability, and compassionate next-step support. She believes recovery is not only about leaving something behind, but learning how to live restored, rooted, and free in Christ.

Known for her compassionate, practical, and Scripture-centered voice, Jane creates resources for women navigating trauma, recovery, church hurt, anxiety, overwhelm, neurodivergence, identity struggles, and life transitions. Through writing, art, coaching, teaching, and advocacy, her desire is to help women notice God’s presence in their real lives and take the next faithful step toward healing, freedom, and purpose.
