Geri McArdle

Geri McArdle, Ph.D. has been a practitioner in the human resources field for 30 years and has authored numerous books and articles on HR development and training. She was a fellow at the Philosophy of Education Research Center at Harvard University when she wrote The Art of Resolving Differences to help her identify and manage difference. She is working on a new book, Transitions.

She lives in Fort Myers, Florida and works with Florida Gulf Coast University designing and presenting online certification programs in supervisor, leadership and conflict management.
