Sunny Simon, career coach and self-described optimist, is the author of Life on the Sunny Side: Inspirations for Busy Women That Will Ignite Your Dreams and Brighten Your Life. After a 20-year career in Corporate America, Sunny created Raise The Bar High Career Coaching. She specializes in crafting compelling resumes for clients while teaching them skills to excel in interviews and secure the job. Sunny's new book, Wisdom in Her Wake: Insights from Women Who Lead, Inspire, and Uplift Others, was just released in October 2025.

Sunny and husband John make their home in balmy south Florida, happily settled in a cozy condo near the beach.
