Darla Luz

Darla Luz is a Best Selling author. She lives what she has written in this book. She began a spiritual path of awakening in 2011, and is passionate about expanding the evolution of human Consciousness by writing about it in an easy to understand way. Most days she spends as a student of Consciousness so she can help others live in presence, with more ease and less struggle. The greatest ease in her own life that unfolded naturally is what she believes to be a spiritual endowment or divine intervention: a stone’s-throw lake view from the picture window where she writes to get her message out to the world. She credits the conscious awareness she has gained in living free of lower energy thoughts and emotions to be what has lead to her heart-felt perfect life, because it was not always this way.

She offers a variety of tools in her book that frees us from the imprisonment of meaningless thoughts and emotions so that we too can create our heart-felt perfect life! Her great hope is to help alleviate the low energies of cruelty, deception, and war in the world and expand the light of Consciousness: inner peace, love, compassion, and joy.

She enjoys taking nature walks with her family along the riverbanks and lakesides near her home.
