Colin Goodwin

Colin Goodwin is a retired engineer turned author who lives in Lancashire. He has written three books - Don't Get Mad Get Even, When in a Hole Stop Digging and Nightmare on the Night-shift. He enjoyed a successful career as a welding and fabrication engineer in further education, where he also taught stained glass window making. In the late 80's he built and fitted out a 40 foot steel narrow-boat, but sold it because it was not fast enough. He maintains an active lifestyle and has completed London marathons and Great North runs. Both Colin and his wife now prefer to go on long distance cycling holidays and when not doing this continues his hobby of repairing anything mechanical (motorbikes, cars, model steam engines) Colin is currently working on the next book in the series.
