"My humble contribution should above all be seen as a thank you and a tribute to all the science fiction writers I read as a teenager: Robert A. Heinlein, Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, Philip K. Dick, Arthur C. Clarke. And other creators like: Pierre Christin & Jean-Claude Mézières, George Lucas, Ridley Scott, Stanley Kubrick and many many more.
It was during a time when the future was brighter, and everything was considered possible. I miss this optimism for tomorrow that often described a forthcoming that never came true, at least it did not go as fast as many of us thought or wanted."
